He allegedly took her to a home in Delhi where she was raped and held captive for four days.
Jose Barrera is being considered an accomplice in the case. Investigators say he knew the woman was being held captive and did nothing to help her.
Deputies say the victim was freed on Sunday night. She went to authorities who searched the home early Monday morning. That's when both Diaz and Barrera were arrested.
