The deputy responded to an alarm and said he found the men on top of the gold room with a vacuum. He said they were going to vacuum up sand and then filter out the gold.
The deputy arrested both men who were then booked on $20,000 dollars bail. Officers had arrested Larry Bullard eight years ago for the same offense at the same place.
