The driver jumped the curb and mangled a traffic sign but narrowly avoided a fire hydrant. The car then careened over the some bushes outside the bank, before crashing head-on into the side of the building.
The 27-year old driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out. He'll likely face drunk driving charges.
