Marijuana Dispensary Continues to be Denied

Fresno, CA, USA Rick Morse is trying to open a medicinal marijuana dispensary in the Tower District. He went before the City Council to issue a statement and find out why he continues to be denied the ability to operate the marijuana dispensary.

Morse claims he has all the proper permits and has done all that is legally necessary to start the business and is frustrated by the city.

"There are no permits that are required other than the ones we had, there are no other licenses required other than the ones we had," said Morse.

The city claims Morse still needs to file a site plan and says its premature to comment on the legality of a dispensary until that happens.
