Officers said they found a .45 caliber magnum pistol sitting on his car's floorboard and a .25 caliber pistol in his back pocket.
Walker, a hurdler on the team, told officers he was going to meet a friend with the guns.
Fresno County Sheriff's jail records show Walker also had two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
