U2 rocks Fordham's campus

NEW YORK The band took the stage just after 8:00 a.m., and performed some classic hits and some songs off of their new album "No line on the Horizon".

    Thousands of students waited for hours to get up close to the stage, and the school cancelled all morning classes.

    This was U2's first appearance ever on "Good Morning America."

    U2 has sold tens of millions of records, and Bono has become a leading crusader against poverty and disease in the developing world.
