Fatal Ferrari Crash

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) Fifty-one-year-old Jeffrey David Kirby of Costa Mesa was charged Friday with one felony count of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and one felony count of driving under the influence causing bodily injury.

Charles David Lewis Jr., better known as "Mask," died Wednesday after his red 2004 Ferrari Modena collided with Kirby's Porsche, hit a light post and split in half.

Kirby was expected to be arraigned later Friday and is being held on $2 million bail.

It wasn't immediately clear if Kirby had retained an attorney.
