All streets in the area have been re-opened. No one was injured and no one was treated in the incident. Federal investigators are now investigating.

The Fresno Fire Department has shut down P Street between Tulare and Capitol in downtown Fresno, after a suspicious envelope was discovered inside the Federal Courthouse.
