Dinuba, CA Neighbors Margaret and Corny Penner say they heard the late night parties at the tiki hut on Dr. Ruminson's property, complete with string lights, a mini fridge and a popcorn maker. But they had no idea the general practitioner and surgeon used the party pad to entertain young girls as investigators allege. Mrs. Penner said, "I had no idea that was going on in our neighborhood. Mr. Penner said, "You hear so much of this on the news from people you don't suspect then you wonder who might not be doing it."

Ken Fisher's daughter was married to Dr. Ruminson for 25 years and the couple has 2 adult children. Fisher said, "Oh my. Didn't have a clue. He used to be nothing like that, ok. And evidently the drugs changed him. He was in rehab a couple of times and thought it had taken care of everything and I guess it didn't."

Lubeya DeLeon says Dr. Ruminson shared a lot of stories with her while he sat in her chair for haircuts over the years-- but she never imagined he had been partying with young girls. "He came in all the time. He like to have fun he talked about partying. I didn't think he would take it to this limit, I just thought it would be with adults."

Dr. Ruminson was arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He's now out of jail on a $35,000 bond.
