Man Found Dead In His Store

Fresno, CA The discovery of a body inside a video store launched an intense police search Sunday.

The victim's wife found his body around 11:00 Sunday morning inside Hong Kong Video on McKinley and First.

Family members said the man was 32-year old Tony Bang and he owns the store. Officials said Bang had no obvious signs of trauma. But when they were investigating his death, they thought they heard noises coming from the attic above the store. That's when they decided to search all of the surrounding businesses.

"And that search has concluded and there is no one inside these buildings. So, right now we're investigating the death and again we can't rule out anything, but it doesn't look anything obvious of foul play," said Lt. Mark Salazar with the Fresno Police Department.

Investigators said they were being extra cautious because a nearby business was broken into about two months ago. The suspect in that case got in through the attic.
