Beaty Ruled Incompetent to Stand Trial

Fresno, CA A Fresno County judge made the determination Monday morning about Glen Beaty. Beaty was facing criminal charges unrelated to his arrest in the video. Doctors report Beaty suffers from severe mental illness.

He will now be back in court at the end of the month to find out where a judge will place him.
