Teen Suspects Arrested for Assaulting an Ice Cream Man in Merced

Merced, CA Merced Police say eighteen-year old /*Alejandro Rubio*/ choked the ice cream vendor ... While an unidentified seventeen -year old beat him.

It happened Tuesday afternoon near the Merced Amtrak Station. Police say they were trying to get the vendor's wallet.

Rubio and his accomplice allegedly ran off after the attack ... But were stopped by police.
