Clovis, CA The rebates will come in the form of gift cards that can only be used at businesses in Clovis.

For every customer who purchases a vehicle from participating dealerships, the City of Clovis will rebate the City's portion of their sales tax to the customer. This rebate will be in the form of Big Wins Day Shop & Dine. The customer will then be able to spend their "Big Wins Day Card" at any participating City of Clovis merchant.

Customers will use these cards towards purchases at participating merchants. The card represents up to $10 each. Multiple cards may be used for any purchase. The offer is valid only at merchant locations within the City of Clovis. Cards must be used by September 1, 2009. The card is void if modified, copied, reproduced, transferred, purchased, traded or sold. This offer is not valid for on-line purchases. This is a discount card with no cash value. To obtain full value of the card, the customer may have to purchase an item for more than the face value.

All businesses located within the City of Clovis are eligible to be "participating merchants". The City of Clovis guarantees payment up to the face value of this card with the following conditions: Merchant is to mail card(s) to City of Clovis Big Wins, 356 Pollasky Avenue, Suite 200, Clovis, CA 93612 by September 15, 2009. The merchants must include their mailing information and contact name and phone number. Upon receipt, a check will be issued within 10 days.
