California Special Election

Fresno, CA Voter turnout is expected to be low throughout the state. In the North Valley, Merced County elections officials say early indications don't look good.

Karen Adams, Merced County clerk said, " As of right now we have about 35% of our absentee ballots that have been returned, and of course that's out of 97% of the eligible voters."
