Huge flames spread quickly across the home near Fruit and Jensen, and they also snapped nearby power lines.
Firefighters say the blaze electrified a chain link fence surrounding the property ... so they had to wait until the power was turned off.
No one was home at the time of the fire. The firefighter who was hurt suffered a back injury. The cause is under investigation.
