Fresno judge issued tentative ruling to dismiss a case against the Fresno Fair

Fresno, CA The Malos family sued the fair in 2006 ... Claiming their daughter contracted E-Coli from the fair's popular petting zoo.

A judge released a ruling stating the girl's family could not connect the fair as the source of the E-Coli Bacteria.

In 2005 six children were sickened with E-Coli. Parents claimed they got E-Coli after touching animals at the petting zoo.

Attorneys tried to prove the fair failed to provide adequate sanitation which resulted in the illnesses.

The fair added additional hand washing stations, and did not bring the petting zoo back after the children became sick.

The judge is expected to issue a final ruling in the case Wednesday.
