Firefighters said 4 units are a complete loss and 2 others have a lot of damage. Residents describe the early morning scene as chaotic.
"She just freaked out. Hysterical. First it was a calm phone saying my neighbor's back yard was on fire then it was a hysterical I don't know where the cats are and everything is on fire," said Alex Bernard.
Firefighters estimate the damage to be about $500 thousand dollars. The Red Cross is helping 10 people find a place to stay.
Gettysburg was closed for several hours Wednesday morning. It has now re-opened.
