Police said the driver of the SUV was speeding and lost control while trying to make a right turn at Maple and North Avenue.
The driver suffered a broken ankle and one of two passengers in the SUV has a broken arm.
There were four people on the FAX Bus. All four ... and the driver ... were treated at Community Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.
Police said the driver of the SUV did not have a license.
