Police said the shooting happened during a party, so they had everyone inside come out with their hands up as they searched for a suspect.
"We're still investigating right now. Talking to people at the party, talking to the victim at the hospital to find out exactly what happened and who's responsible for this. We have our detectives here and we have the MAGEC unit out to still try to put the pieces of the puzzle together," said Joyce Vasquez with the Fresno Police Department.
The man who was grazed by the bullet is expected to be okay.
