The decision means Chukchansi, Tachi Palace, Table Mountain, and Mono Wind casinos all stand to gain more slot machines.
The tribes will find out within forty-five days -- how many more slot machine licenses they'll receive.
A spokesperson for Chukchansi says their casino will likely be awarded an extra two- hundred slot machines.
