The attorney for the dispensary said the city's claim, that "Med-Mar Clinic" must be shut down, makes no sense when other marijuana dispensaries are open.
"The only issue today was is there great or irreparable harm that would come from not shutting down immediately. That's what the judge was focused on and it's clear that with 13 other dispensaries operating that there's no great or irreparable harm," said the dispensary's Attorney William Logan.
Judge Alan Simpson said he needed more information and continued the hearing until next week.
