The owner says he's shutting down next month because he's losing his lease and managers no longer want his business.
But managers say he ignored several inquiries about his lease option, and they were forced to move ahead with other plans.
Also /*Fuzio*/ Italian restaurant at River Park is shutting down. Owners say Fuzio's lease is being taken over by Subway. Saturday will be Fuzio's last day of business.
Fuzio and Johnny Rockets have both been at River Park for 10 years.
