Huckaby is accused of murdering her daughter's playmate, 8-year-old Sandra Cantu back in April. The little girl's body was found in a suitcase in an irrigation pond near the town of Tracy.
Huckaby is expected to enter a plea Thursday. The judge could set a trial date as well.
