Sheriff Mark Pazin believes the couple might have been murdered in late August. Their bodies weren't noticed until this past Wednesday. An alert mail carrier noticed the couple's mail had not been picked up in weeks.
Police in southern California found the Cisneros' jeep abandoned in Ontario, and will return it to Merced County -- where it will be searched for more evidence.
