Our video shows the woman behind a thin veil as police spoke with her after the shooting.
Officers said the woman called 911 this morning and told a dispatcher she had killed her children.
When police got to her apartment complex, she had a gun in her hand and told police to shoot her.
But officers disarmed her and arrested her.
The woman's 5-year-old son was pronounced dead at the scene. Her one-year-old was shot multiple times, and he's in critical condition.
