Train Hit Stroller, Baby Survives in Australia

Fresno, CA A security camera caught what happened. The baby's mother was waiting on the platform when she was distracted and the stroller with her baby son inside rolled onto the track just as the train arrived.

The train driver activated emergency brakes but the stroller was pushed about 130 feet along the tracks. Incredibly, the boy wasn't seriously hurt. He was examined at a nearby hospital and allowed to return home Thursday night.

The child's stroller has a safety restraint which is believed to have saved the baby.
