Starting Monday, healthy children under 13 will not be allowed inside the hospital -- because officials don't want them to get sick. While Kaweah Delta tries to limit child visitors during flu season ... this year it's being strictly enforced.
There is one exception ... a child can come into the hospital if he or she is visiting a patient in very serious condition.
