Police say they believe Washington was upset at Jenkins because the older man checked his receipt as he left the store a few days ago.
A 72-year-old Wal-Mart greeter is recovering from broken bones in his face, after an unprovoked attack outside a store.Security cameras caught 55-year-old Paul Washington landing a punch on the greeter, knocking Thomas Jenkins to the ground. Witnesses led police to Washington, who still denies he hit Jenkins.
