Toys for Tots: Toy Trouble

FRESNO, Calif. Many people turned out for this weekend's toys for tots marathon toy drive at Fresno's River Park, but the Marines said they are still short of toys.

They say they've received 50,000 more requests in Fresno County this year.

"The need is actually more now. It actually climbed this year. We just met the mark last year, and that's my intention, and I know it's the intention of all the Marines this year," said CPL Joseph Riessland U.S. Marine Corps.

The Marines say they still need about 100,000 more toys. They'll be collecting toys through December 18th at drop off locations across town.

They said the greatest need is for children under the age of three.
