FRESNO, Calif. About a dozen homeowners showed up at Tuesday night's city council meeting to voice their concerns ... and urge the city to do something about it. The city says the well water passes all health standards ... and the only way to make it clear is to treat it with hydrogen sulfide. But that leaves the water smelling and tasting like sulfur.
