Fresno Church Celebrates 100 Years

FRESNO, Calif. The congregation started inside of a tent in 1908, and then formally became an organization in 1910.

"Many churches make it 80 years and that's about the limit. But we've proven that to be not the case here," said retired minister Vern McDaniel.

The church has moved several times since 1910.

During Sunday's celebration, pictures and news clippings from the past were on display to show how far the church has come in the last century.
