Police released a photo of Albert Anderson Junior. They said he shot and killed a man outside the Denny's Restaurant at Shaw and First, earlier this month.
The victim was identified as 24-year-old Deandre Hollins. Police said a fight broke out before the shooting.
Police said Anderson should be considered armed and dangerous. If you've seen him, you're asked to call the police.
