Fresno Named "America's Drunkest City"

FRESNO, Calif. Fresno received an "f" in this year's study, which is based on death rates from alcoholic liver disease, car crashes caused by drunk driving ... and the number of DUI arrests.

Reno, Nevada came in second ... Billings, Montana third ... and rounding up the top five: Riverside, California and Austin, Texas.

The South Valley city of Bakersfield also made the list, coming in at number ten.

Boston, Massachusetts came in at 100 ... and can brag about being the least drunk city.
