The Oscar's may be the biggest event of the year in Hollywood, but the after party is a close second. For 21 years celebrities have celebrated their Oscar success at the Governor's Ball, and this year will be no different.

Work is underway for the party. The theme is the style of the late 1930's.

The party's organizer says win or lose, she wants celebrities to have fun.

"I think the most important thing for me is when people walk in they feel grand, everyone's a winner, you know? When they come in here, it's about relaxing, having a glass of champagne," said Governor's Ball Producer Cheryl Cecchetto.

Partygoers can also expect fine cuisine from celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck. On his menu: Chicken Pot Pie with black truffles and Oscars in the shape of both salmon and chocolate.
