A man shot two teens at a bay area church service Sunday afternoon. Richmond police say three men walked into this church and one of them pulled out a gun and began firing.

A 14 year-old boy was hit in the shoulder and a 19 year-old man in the leg.

"It's a sense of lawlessness that exists within the city of Richmond, and unfortunately, it's gonna get worse, I mean this was a brazen incident."

Both victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.

The three suspects fled and have not been arrested.

There were about 100 people inside at the time, but no one else was hurt.

Investigators believe the gunmen were targeting someone in the church but don't know if the victims were the intended targets.
