Police want to talk to 21-year-old Tori Kay Hernandez in connection with the shooting death of Barbery Dugan. Dugan's body was found in the area of Marty and Barstow late Friday night.
Witnesses reported hearing a commotion, then a loud bang. One suspect jumped a fence and ran away. Officers say another person left the area in a car.
Police will not say why Hernandez is a person of interest in this case. Anyone with information is urged to call Fresno Police.
