He made his first court appearance Monday in a jail jumpsuit and handcuffs. Kaila is back in jail Monday night on a $1.75 million dollar bail.
Action News was there when he was arrested for the murder of his cousin, who owned the market where Kaila worked. The store was back in business Monday, with a family friend running it.
