Study: Blueberries Help Fight Breast Cancer

FRESNO, Calif. Researchers at the "City Of Hope" Hospital in Southern California have found the fruit could possibly prevent the spread of a certain form of breast cancer.

Through their studies, they've found blueberry extracts stopped the growth and spread of a tumor.

Now researchers are trying to determine how many blueberries a person needs to eat to reap the benefits.

Human clinical trials on breast cancer patients would follow.
