The city will start accepting loan packages from participating lenders on May 3, 2010. Loans will be funded on a first come, first served basis, until the money is gone.
Prospective buyers must be buying their first home, meet some income requirements and provide at least a three-percent down payment.
The city of Fresno hopes to assist about 28-families.
