Patrick Bowman, Rudy Buendia, and Joseph Cuellar, are each facing ten felony counts, including child endangerment.
The men held high ranking positions with a non-profit construction training program called "Firm Build" when investigators say they had students remove asbestos containing materials from a building.
The Merced County District Attorney's office says as many as 80 teens may have been exposed to asbestos between 2005 and 2006.
Investigators are now trying to contact all of those former students.
