Two men accused of tattooing a Fresno boy appear in court

FRESNO, Calif. Investigators accuse the boy's father, Enrique Gonzalez, of holding the boy down while 22-year-old Travis Gorman tattooed the child.

Both Gonzalez and Gorman say the boy wanted a tattoo of a quarter-size dog paw, which is a symbol of the Bulldog Gang.

The men were in court last October. A criminal complaint charges them with willful cruelty to a child and aggravated mayhem, which carries a life prison sentence.
