Ribs and Tips -- at Divisadero and H Streets have been around for three years. Friday afternoon, the restaurant was packed because of the lunchtime rush.
Its owner -- Jeff Freitas told Action News the tough economy is forcing them to shut down the restaurant, but the catering portion will keep running.
He says he thinks six weeks of road construction in the area hurt his business.
