The bust took place deep in the foothills near Coarsegold Tuesday morning. Investigators say neighbors complained about out-of-place irrigation pipes running through thick terrain.
Deputies arrested Eduardo Medina Mendoza, who was recently deported from the U.S. Three other men escaped and are still wanted. Investigators say they seized well over $25 million worth of pot.
This is the 6th major pot bust in Madera County since June and investigators say they know of other grows they plan on taking down.
