The accident happened at around eight this morning at the corner of American and Temperance near Fowler. It involved two SUV's.
A Buick was travelling southbound on Temperance and the Jeep was traveling eastbound on American when they collided. C.H.P. investigators say the driver of the Buick failed to stop at a stop sign.
Two people were in the Buick. The passenger of the Buick and the driver of the Jeep were killed. The driver of the Buick was taken to the hospital.
