Cal-Nev-Ari for sale for $17 million

FRESNO, California

Nancy Kidwell founded the town of Cal-Nev-Ari, Nevada with her husband back in 1965.

It situated about an hour south of Las Vegas and gets its name from the three bordering states, California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Cal-Nev-Ari began with a population of just four: the Kidwells, and their dog and cat.

It's now grown to four hundred. But at 72-years-old, Kidwell says running the town has become too much work, and is putting Cal-Nev-Ari up for sale.

The casino, general store, and motel are all for the low price of $17 million.
