Shelley Levy's attorney says two doctors found her bi-polar and suffering from paranoia. During the hearing today, Levy was seen mumbling to herself.
The two doctors reviewed her mental competency and attorneys say they indicated she's not competent to stand trial.
Levy is accused of starting a fire that destroyed 28 units in an apartment complex on Griffith way near Blackstone. Shelly's attorney says the court will decide Shelley Levy's treatment on September 8th.
