The fire started Tuesday evening on stokes mountain, east of Orosi, off Avenue 384 and Road 176. It's now fully contained. More than 200 fire crews battled flames that burned 879-acres.
Firefighters say it was started by an ATV. The ATV's exhaust system came in contact with the dry vegetation sparking the fire.
