DiCaprio gets 3 years' protection from woman

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has gotten an extension on a restraining order against a woman who has been stalking him. Livia Bistriceanu has been ordered to say 100 yards away from the actor. He says that though he is never met her, she claims to be his wife and that she's carrying his baby.

According to court papers, she traveled from Chicago to Los Angeles and showed up at DiCaprio's home and offices acting aggressively.

The Academy Award-nominated actor also says she has written him numerous letters.

The restraining order is good for three years.
