Jeri Sell bailed out of the Tulare County Jail Tuesday night. Earlier today at her arraignment -- a judge reduced her bail amount dramatically, from $679,000 to $100,000.
Sell is the former manager of Citizens Business Bank in Tulare. She's accused of stealing close to $700,000 from customers accounts to help pay for a gambling problem.
Sell pleaded "not guilty" to the charges. The judge also told Sell to stay away from casinos, when she was released on bail.
