A CHP officer out on patrol saw the plants hanging off the sides of the truck near Olive and Cornelia in West Fresno at around 7:30 a.m. Monday morning. They pulled the truck over and found four mature pot plants in the bed of the pick-up.
The CHP said the plants had been stolen from a marijuana grove. The two Fresno men inside the truck were arrested for possession of marijuana.
Authorities have not yet located the owner of the marijuana.
